Vanilla socks. CO 60 stitches on US 1.5
Paton’s Kroy 55015 Bramble Stripes

Also started another fingering weight Tan House Brook Shawl (or at least that's what I think it will become). After an unsuccessful start at the Antarktis by KallioKnits.

Brainstorming

by Susan B Anderson
$5 US
77-87 yards of fingering on US 1
4 inch tall bunny
Top down seamless! Seems perfect to me.

Contemplating a baby blanket pattern for my friend's new baby.

The first one I made for her was out of Lion Brand Baby’s First Super Bulky. I made the Chalice Baby Blanket on US 10s

This time I'm debating the Blue Diamonds from 60 Quick Baby Blankets or the
Heirloom Baby Blanket by madeline tosh.

In My Travels

North Carolina- February 6-9th
Scrapbooking in Raleigh with the NC Scrappin & Yappin group
Got lots of scrapbooking done.

Took a trip to a yarn shop on Saturday-

Florida. February 21-27th
Dan and I enjoyed our first B&B Experience at the August Sevens Inn

The Daytona 500 was a little less enjoyable with the tornado warnings, rain and cold.

February 28-March 2nd
SPA event in Freeport Maine
I stayed with my friends at the Brewster House B&B
We hit 2 local yarn shops. Mother of Purl and Casco Bay Fibers

Yarns I bought:

Kenzie Navy tweed DK yarn

The Royalsborough Inn had sheep and alpaca (and we got to meet their new lamb). I bought two skeins of fingering weight alpaca- one cream and one tan.

Woolen Rabbit- Pearl Sock Yarn- 400 yards of 80% merino, 20% nylon in a lovely green whose colorway name wasn’t written on the tag.

Superwash Sock- 435 yards of 90% superwash merino, 10% nylon
Common Grackle Colorway- self striping
